MLK Day of Service Project at Grace
The Grace PTO is excited to launch a community service initiative leading up to MLK Day of Service on Monday, January 21, 2019. We will be collecting specific items for individuals in need in our area through January 18. To help with coordination, please let us know what you would like to donate by clicking here. Contributions can be dropped off in bins in the main hallway.
On the MLK Day of Service, Grace families will assemble donated items into care bags. Each family is invited to take up to 3 care bags to hand-deliver to homeless individuals or others in need. This is a wonderful opportunity to directly connect with those in our community. The remaining care bags will be delivered to S.O.M.E. (So Others Might Eat). Our goal is to distribute 125 bags — so please join us in this special project!
