Student Life
Student life refers to all of the extracurricular aspects of the student experience that open students up to new relationships, new avenues of self-expression, and new places to explore. Students who take advantage of these opportunities stretch their athletic and leadership abilities and expand their range of interests.
Interscholastic Sports
Students in Grades 4 and 5 can participate in our competitive athletics program, which features five teams playing four sports over three seasons:
- Co-ed Soccer (Fall)
- Co-ed Kickball (Fall and Spring)
- Boys Basketball (Winter)
- Girls Basketball (Winter)
- Co-ed Track and Field (Spring)
Girls on the Run (GOTR) Team
Girls in grades 3-5 can join Girls on the Run, which has participated in 5K and 8K run/walk races in the area. The program encourages girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running and concludes with a community 5K at the end of the season. During the fall season, the girls practice two afternoons a week at Grace, and practices resume in the spring. Grace staff members coach, and they run, too!
