PTO Parent Speaker Series: Equity and Inclusion Workshop

Nicole Lee will lead a workshop on “Courageous Conversations with Children (About Race or Difference).” We hope these meetings provide some insight guidance to parents wondering how to begin these discussions with their young children.
Ms. Lee, a parent of young children herself, is the founder of the Lee Bayard Group, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in diversity and inclusion and public policy in Washington, DC.  She has over 10 years of experience consulting with organizations, schools, families and individuals about issues of bias and equity. Childcare will be provided on Thursday evening.  The cost is $15/child which includes pizza.
