Grandparents and Special Friends Day/ Noon Dismissal

On Tuesday, Nov. 26 from 8:30-10:30 am, we’ll welcome Grandparents and Special Friends to campus for this very special annual event.
Paperless Post (electronic) invitations have been sent directly to our invitees. If you have not provided us with contact information, it’s not too late! Forms can be brought to the Main Office or emailed back to Becky Mulholland, bmulholland@geds.org.

Event Schedule
8:30 am:  Doors Open for Grandparents, Special Friends and Students
8:30 am – 9:00 am: Welcome Reception with Continental Breakfast
9:00 am – 9:30 am:  Remarks by Head of School, Jennifer Danish, and Fran Bly (Grace Grandmother); and Student Musical Performances
9:30–10:30 am: Classroom visit with Grandparents and Special Friends

Dismissal:  
10:30 am – With Grandparents
12:00 pm – Carpool Dismissal
3:00 pm – Aftercare Dismissal

Students may leave with their visitors at 10:30 am after being signed out. Remaining students will be dismissed at 12:00 pm unless they are contracted or have made arrangements to go to Aftercare which is offered until 3:00 pm.
