Grace Outcomes
Grace graduates transition to their “best fit” schools after Grade 5 with everything they need to grow into adolescence, both as students and as people.
Our intentional and supportive outplacement program ensures that our students have choices for middle school after Grace. Because we know our students well, we work diligently to support families in finding school settings that will enable them to flourish and thrive in adolescence and beyond.
Beginning after the summer of Grade 4, families meet with the Head and Assistant Head of School to consider middle school placement options. These meetings aim to build a list of schools that can continue the growth students have enjoyed at Grace. Additionally, the outplacement team helps students prepare for interviews and visits.
In late winter, the team meets with middle school admission teams and advocates for students in the final stages of the decision process. We are continually proud of who our students become when they leave Grace and we are always in awe of the poise, compassion, and courage they possess as alumni.
