Announcing The Kathy Swendiman Fund 

It is with great pleasure and tremendous gratitude that we announce the founding of The Kathy Swendiman Fund at Grace. In memory of Kathleen (Kathy) Swendiman, mother to Shelley Stinelli ’95 and Robert Swendiman ’98, this fund was established on February 8, 2023 by her loving husband and former Grace Board member Alan Swendiman with a gift of $100,000 benefitting Grace’s Library and the programming therein.

In the coming months you will notice many new and exciting improvements to our Library space, including “Kathy’s Korner” which celebrates Kathy’s lifelong love of books and learning by providing Grace students with a cozy place to read or study, a bookshelf containing all the historical and future volumes of the Grade 5 Book Program, and the new Kathy Swendiman Publishing Center, where our students can bring their learning, art, and ideas to life.
