Grandparents and Special Friends Day

We cordially invite all Grandparents and Special Friends to spend the morning with us at Grace. Our guests are welcome to arrive during regular drop-off between 8:30-8:45. Coffee and breakfast treats will be served.
Our event concludes at 10:30 am, and students are welcome to leave with their special guests. Remaining students will be dismissed at 12:00 pm.
Please RSVP below with the number of Grandparents and Special Friends who will be attending (in the drop-down box), and please write attendee name(s) and their student name(s) in the comments section. Welcome!
8:30 am: Doors Open for Grandparents, Special Friends and Students
8:30 am – 9:00 am: Welcome Reception with Continental Breakfast
9:00 am – 9:30 am: Remarks by Head of School, Jennifer Danish, and Michael Glasby (Grace Grandfather); and Student Musical Performances
9:30–10:30 am: Classroom visit with Grandparents and Special Friends
Dismissal:
10:30 am – With Grandparents
12:00 pm – Carpool Dismissal
3:00 pm – Aftercare Dismissal
Students may leave with their visitors at 10:30 am after being signed out. Remaining students will be dismissed at 12:00 pm unless they are contracted or have made arrangements to go to Aftercare which is offered until 3:00 pm. Students who stay for Aftercare need to bring a lunch from home since there is no hot lunch delivery on Early Dismissal days.
