Working at Grace

Grace is an intentionally small school where teachers are leaders who shape our culture and program with their vision and contributions. We believe in collaboration and strive to support each other in our work so that all of our students can excel and reach their full potential. This last year of planning and working together through the pandemic has revealed our strengths even further. We created teaching pairs in every grade level so that students had more support and attention, which allowed each team of teachers to grow and learn from each other during a challenging time.

We are looking for educators who want to become a part of our inclusive community and help us to accomplish our goals of building a school that offers a deep sense of belonging, cultivates curiosity and joy in students, and nurtures strong relationships that help individuals to shine.
