Announcing Our 2026–2027 Parents Association Co-Chairs

We are delighted to share that Yorm Ackuaku, parent to Lucca (PreK), and Ellie Awdeh, parent to Christian (Grade 2), will serve as Co-Chairs of the Grace Parents Association for the 2026–2027 school year.

The Grace Parents Association (PA) plays a vital role in supporting the life of the school. In partnership with school leadership, faculty, and the Board of Governors, the PA fosters a strong sense of community among parents, guardians, and caregivers—creating opportunities for connection, engagement, and belonging. Grounded in the values of dignity and inclusion, the PA helps ensure that every family can participate in the life of Grace in meaningful and personal ways.

Yorm and Ellie bring a shared enthusiasm for community-building and a deep appreciation for the Grace experience. Together, they are eager to support the school’s mission of cultivating a joyful and inclusive environment rooted in wonder, purpose, and belonging.

“We feel so grateful to be part of the Grace community and are excited to serve in this role. We look forward to helping create opportunities for families to connect, to feel welcomed, and to engage in ways that are meaningful to them.” — Yorm Ackuaku & Ellie Awdeh

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our outgoing Co-Chairs, Cortlynn Trotman, parent to Thea (Grade 2), and Erin Koepke, parent to Jack (Preschool), for their dedicated and thoughtful leadership over the past several years. Their commitment to fostering connection and strengthening our community has made a lasting impact on Grace.

Please join us in thanking Cortlynn and Erin for their service and in warmly welcoming Yorm and Ellie into this important leadership role.
