Building Your Child's Application Portfolio

At Grace, we don't believe a child can be understood through a single form, conversation, or visit. Instead, your child's Application Portfolio brings together the experiences, conversations, observations, and application materials that help us get to know your child and family most authentically.

Depending on your child's age and grade level, your child's Application Portfolio may include:

  • Online application
  • Teacher recommendation(s)
  • School records or transcripts
  • Family conversation
  • Student visit
  • Educational, psychological, speech-language, occupational therapy, or other developmental evaluations (if applicable)

Our goal is never to reduce a child to a single report or assessment. Rather, these materials help us better understand your child's strengths, needs, interests, and learning profile as we thoughtfully consider whether Grace is the right place for your child to thrive.

We'll guide you through each step and let you know when your child's Application Portfolio is complete.

Community Tuition (optional)

Grace is committed to making an exceptional education accessible to families from a wide range of backgrounds.

Our Community Tuition program offers a personalized tuition amount based on each family's financial circumstances. Every family completes the same confidential tuition application as part of the enrollment process.

Beginning the Conversation

Choosing a school is one of the most important decisions you'll make for your child, and I know it can feel both exciting and overwhelming. My hope is that every family who explores Grace feels informed, supported, and genuinely welcomed—whether you ultimately join our community or not.

As you move through the admission process, please don't hesitate to reach out with questions or simply to talk through what you're looking for in a school. Every family's journey is different, and I'm always happy to help you determine whether Grace might be the right fit for your child.

I look forward to getting to know your family, learning about your child, and welcoming you to campus.

Warmly,
